Conference Theme:
An Orthodox Christian Worldview
Our youth and families battle the world in many ways in this generation. As Orthodox Christians we need to view the world in a more spiritual way balancing our daily activities.
Topics to be explored in this conference include:
What does it mean to be human according to Authentic Christian anthropology?
What does it mean to be a Saint?
The Way, the Truth and the Life: The Church in our Daily Lives
Christian Family Life: Our modern media culture and its relation to the spirit of the Antichrist.
Worldview Differences Today
Age Groups
We plan to offer talks to various different age groups.
Primary grades 1-4 (ages 6-9) / Junior grades 5-8 (ages 10-13) /
Middle grades 9-12 (ages 14-17) / College & University / Adults
Available Greek Lectures
On the Saturday, there are plans to have some lectures in Greek to accommodate many Greek speaking parishioners. This will be held in the church hall at St Nektarios.
If you wish to attend these lectures, please indicate in your registration. $25.00 CDN per person. It is free for those who register for English lectures.

Registration can be made online via our secure registration page. Alternatively, payment by cheque can be sent with a completed registration form.
Registration closes September 30, 2018.
Accommodations and Transportation
The committee has made arrangements for two locations for all visiting guests. The locations are central within the city and approximately 25 minute drive to the Cathedral.
Venues and Tentative Schedule
Conference events will be at the Cathedral of St. Nektarios and the Loretto College Catholic School.
